Alappuzha (or Alleppey) is a city on the Laccadive Sea in the southern Indian state of Kerala. Kuttanad, Alappuzha backwaters and Alappuzha beach are the must-see tourist attractions in the district. Its best time to visit is November to February: Winters are the best time to visit Allepey as the weather is mild and pleasant. The average temperature during this time is between 17 degrees to 32 degrees Celsius. This is the perfect time to go on a houseboat ride and explore the backwaters of Allepey.
