1.1 Cancellations by Customers: If you wish to cancel your booking or reservation with Alpha Holidays & Packages, please notify us in writing or by email at least [insert number] days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within this time frame may be subject to cancellation fees or charges.

1.2 No-Show: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, it will be considered a “no-show,” and you may be subject to the full booking amount without any refund.

2.3 Force Majeure: In the event that Alpha Holidays & Packages is unable to fulfill your booking or reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events, we may offer alternative accommodations or a credit for a future booking.
